At Desi Aawaran, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🧾 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or color variation due to lighting differences.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges in case of:
- Size mismatch (only if the required size is in stock)
- Incorrect product received
- To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and clear images of the item.
- Our team will get back within 24–48 hours for further steps.
🚚 Pickup & Reverse Shipping
- For eligible returns/exchanges, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner, wherever serviceable.
- In areas where reverse pickup is not available, you will need to self-ship the item. We will share the return address and shipping instructions.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided in the form of store credit, valid for 15 days only.
- In cases of out-of-stock items or cancellations by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories and jewelry
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items returned without original tags/packaging
